Tombstoning in favor of 4.3.15, which has the same errata (so we cannot stabilize both): $ oc adm release info quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release:4.3.14-x86_64 | grep errata

Please merge as soon as https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/53642 is shipped live OR if a Cincinnati-first release is approved.
This should provide adequate soak time for candidate channel PR #193
